Ed was also the SEC attorney at Medco Health Solutions where he was instrumental in that company's success in going public and becoming independent from Merck.
Mitch is the Chief Medical Officer at Touchstone Health HMO, Inc. Mitch is responsible for Touchstone's medical management and all medical policies for the Health Plan. Prior to joining Touchstone, Mitch was a Chief of Emergency Services at Westchester Square Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Cornell Medical School. Mitch still practices Emergency Medicine at local hospitals on the weekend.
Vicki is the Vice President of Provider Services & Member Services at Touchstone Health HMO, Inc. Vicki has worked in the managed health plan arena for over 25 years and successfully proven her abilities in a vast array of responsibilities including executive level leadership, strategic planning, operations, healthcare services, market expansion and sales. In her current role at Touchstone Health, Vicki is responsible for the adequacy and integrity of Touchstone's provider network, adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, and works closely with the marketing department with development and distribution of provider communications.
Michael is the Chief Information & Quality Officer at Touchstone Health HMO, Inc. Michael has 18 years healthcare experience in payor, disease management, specialty management, pharmacy and consulting organizations, 4 years in Finance/Operations positions; 14 years in IT positions covering all aspects of the function which includes infrastructure, software development, database management, data warehouse, IT operations and project management.
